The Barcoded Adapter Kit- 8A contains 8 blunt ended barcoded adapters and Sequencing Primer v4. Each tube of Barcoded Adapter contains sufficient reagents to perform 6 ligation reactions. The specific barcodes contained in this kit are: bc1001, bc1002, bc1004, bc1008, bc1009, bc1010, bc1012, bc1014. The barcodes are compatible with both PacBio RS II and Sequel Systems. Sequencing Primer v4 is designed for diffusion loading and is only tested on the Sequel System.

Additionally, the SMRTbell Damage Repair kit can be used as a standalone DNA damage-repair reaction where applicable. Reagent quantities support 10 preparations.

Barcoded Universal F/R Primer Plate-96

The Barcoded Universal F/R Primer Plate-96 contains both forward and reverse primers to be used in a PCR reaction to add barcodes to PCR amplicons that have been amplified with universal sequence tags. Each of 96 wells contains a different barcode and sufficient reagents for a single use. For use in conjunction with the SMRTbell Template Prep kit.
